Introduction

The purpose of Candidatelier Daniel Rahimi is to provide you with the highest level of service. Accordingly, Candidatelier Daniel Rahimi makes every effort to protect the personal data it processes from disclosure to unauthorized persons, theft, processing in violation of applicable laws, and damage or destruction. Candidatelier Daniel Rahimi processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law regarding the processing of personal data, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).
In the course of providing services, the following legal bases for the processing of personal data, as set forth in Article 6 of the GDPR, apply in particular:
a) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)—this basis covers the processing of personal data by Candidatelier Daniel Rahimi for the purpose of providing the Service;
b) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)—on this legal basis, Candidatelier Daniel Rahimi processes, for example, the personal data of employees;
c) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)—this ground applies when processing personal data to ensure information/network security or to prevent fraud.

The recipients of your personal data may include lawyers—third-party entities that provide accounting services to Candidatelier Daniel Rahimi—and the web hosting provider, as well as Artlist Ltd., based in Tel Aviv, which provides the technical tools for editing photos.

Your personal data will be stored for no longer than is necessary to provide the service, and after that period, it will be processed for billing purposes—in accordance with tax law. If the processing of your personal data was based on consent, withdrawing your consent does not mean that the processing of your personal data up to that point was unlawful. Until you withdraw your consent, we have the right to process your personal data, and the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place up to that point.
[Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries]
The Law Firm does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization, except when it is necessary for the proper performance of the contract for the provision of legal services.
[Automated Decision-Making and Profiling]
Your personal data will not be processed automatically, nor will it be subject to profiling. We do not engage in automated decision-making. The content of inquiries submitted via the contact form on our website is not evaluated by an IT system.
II. Final Provisions
In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the legal provisions governing the protection of personal data shall apply.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 1, 2026.
